We're not tech insiders. We don't know how to write code. We're two women who started using AI and realized nothing made it easy to learn.
So we built FAIR HIVE:

accounts so you don't have to, and we only share what's actually useful to everyday people.
If women are left out, AI will be shaped without us, taught without us, and we'll be left behind again. FAIR HIVE wants to make sure that doesn't happen.

With 15+ years of leadership experience at top global CPG companies, I bring expertise in buying, sales, and driving growth strategies. As both a corporate leader and entrepreneur, I’m passionate about empowering women to achieve their goals and dreams. Outside of work, I love to travel, spend time with family, and enjoy life with my partner and two dogs.

With over 15 years of experience at some of the world’s leading companies, including P&G, Unilever, Kraft, and Mondelez, I bring a blend of strategic rigor and creative thinking to everything I build. My work is driven by a deep belief in lifelong learning and the power of AI to shape what’s next. Outside of work, you’ll find me at the gym, in Pilates class, or immersed in creative projects. I share life with my husband and our two dogs, who keep things grounded and joyful.
Our Story
FAIR HIVE started as a spark during a midday catch-up between two friends with big ideas and bigger ambition.
We saw the gap:
2% of creative agencies are owned by women
10% of AI companies are led by women
22% of the global AI workforce are women
We knew we could build something smarter, stronger, and unapologetically different.
FAIR HIVE is a creative rebellion powered by AI strategy and sisterhood. Some of our content pushes boundaries intentionally.
Because women deserve power in every space, including the ones we're told to avoid.
Our Symbol
Our mascot and our logo is a crowned bee. It represents community, persistence, and elegance.
Just like a hive, we move with purpose, we collaborate, and we build systems that work for us, and for the women coming next.
